TitroLine® 7500 KF Trace, Karl Fischer'e (KF) göre su tayini için kompakt, kullanımı kolay bir kulometrik titratördür ve tipik çalışma aralığı 1 ppm - %5 sudur.

Karl Fisher'a (KF) göre su tayini, su tayini için en seçici ve kesin yöntemdir. Hacimsel ve kulometrik yöntem var. Volumetrik yöntemle iyot, bir pistonlu büret aracılığıyla doğru bir şekilde eklenir. Automatic Titrator for coulometric KF-Titration

The TitroLine® 7500 KF Trace is a compact, easy-to-use coulometric titrator for water determination according to Karl Fischer (KF) with a typical operating range of 1 ppm - 5% water.

The water determination according to Karl Fisher (KF) is the most selective and precise method for water determination. There is the volumetric and coulometric method. With the volumetric method the iodine is added accurately though a piston burette. The coulometric method generates the iodine directly in the titration vessel which allows the determination of very low water concentrations. The advantage is also that you do not have to determine the concentration of the titrant.

Suitable for chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical and other industries. For direct titration in the glass titration vessel the samples must be liquid or gaseous. The water from solid or high viscosity samples needs to be dissolved or extracted externally before or be evaporated by a head space oven TO 7280 or oven + autosampler TO 7280/TW 7650.

The TL 7500 KF trace has an exceptional high visibility full color graphic display which allows viewing even at extreme angles. The titration curve, but also other information such as the temperature of a connected headspace oven are clearly displayed on the display.

The three USB, two RS 232 and Ethernet interfaces makes the TL 7500 KF trace highly communicative. Various USB devices such as printers, barcode readers, keyboards can be connected. Analytical balances, PC and other SI Analytics devices such as the TO 7280 headspace oven can be connected via the RS-232 interfaces. The Ethernet interface allows data to be stored on a directly connected USB stick in PDF and CSV format as well as on shared network directories.

The parameters can be customized in each of the up to 50 methods. Through the

user/password management, each user can be assigned individual rights. If you need even more methods or want to manage the data on a PC, you can use the TitriSoft PC software to control the TL 7500 KF trace. The TitriSoft 3.5P (TZ 3572) complies fully with 21 CFR, Part 11.
