MD-100 cihazları, fabrikada 14 adede kadar önceden kalibre edilmiş ölçüm metoduyla programlanır.

Sıfır değeri, bir kez uygulandıktan sonra aynı numuneyle gerçekleştirilen tüm testlerde geçerliliğini korur.
