LOVIBOND BD 600 BOİ-BOD Ölçüm Cihazı

BD 600, biyokimyasal oksijen ihtiyacının (BOD) belirlenmesi için kullanılan respirometrik bir sistemdir. Zaman tasarrufu sağlayabilir, hata potansiyelini azaltabilir ve tesisiniz için proses kontrol kararlarını vermek üzere verileri yorumlayabilirsiniz. Kullanıcı dostu büyük, aydınlatmalı & parlak grafik ekran, ölçüm değerlerinin grafiksel gösterimi, USB & SD veri transferi özellikleriyle kullanıcılara sunuluyor.

Veri toplamaya kolayca başlanır- numuneyi şişeye doldurun, nitrifikasyon inhibitörünü ekleyin ve sensor kafasını şişenin üzerine yerleştirin. Numunenin seyreltilmesi veya aşınması gerekmez. Burada bir respitometrik test söz konusu olduğu için, numuneye hava girmesinden şüphe edilmez.

Ölçümler düzenli zaman aralıklarında otomatik olarak yapılır, kaydedilir ve istendiği zaman çağrılabilir- hafta sonların laboratuvara veya tesise gitmek gerekli değildir!

Bir numunenin sonuçları, entegre büyük ekranda direkt olarak mg/l BSB cinsinden gösterilir. Ek olarak, ölçüm verisi noktaları ve trendlerinin kolayca algılanmasını ve anlaşılmasını sağlayan BOD eğrisi gösterilir. Ek olarak, her sensor kafası entegre bir LED'e sahiptir. Bu şekilde kullanıcı, hangi numune için verilerin görüntüleneceğini görsel olarak belirleyebilir ve numune verilerinin gösteriminde olası karıştırma durumlarını veya hataları azaltabilir.

Otomatik başlatma fonksiyonu, tüm ölçümlerin aynı numune sıcaklığında yapılmasını garanti eder. Ölçüm değerleri boyunca ölçüm koşulları tutarlıysa, kullanıcıların sıcaklık veya basınç saptırma sonuçlarını dikkate alması gerekmez.

BD 600 ara yüzü, yeni bir numune düzenlenirken bir tanımlama kodunun veya numune adının atanmasını kolaylaştırır. Bu, tespit anından itibaren numunenin takibini kolaylaştırır ve ölçüm sırasında geriye dönük takip edilebilirlik sağlar.

Kullanıcılar, cam kapılı bir termostat dolabının kullanılması durumunda, kapıyı açmadan bir numunenin ölçüm verilerini görüntülemek için birlikte verilen uzaktan kumandayı kullanabilir! Bu, doğru sonuçlar için önemli bir bileşen olan numune sıcaklığının sabit kalmasını sağlar.

The BD 600 is a respirometric system for the determination of Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD). It's easy to begin collecting data- simply add sample to the bottle, add nitrification inhibitor and place the sensor head on the bottle. There is no need for sample dilutions or seeding the sample. Because this is a respirometric test, concerns regarding air in the sample are eliminated.

Measurements are automatically taken and stored at regular time intervals and can be recalled at your convenience - no more weekend trips to the lab or plant!  

In addition to displaying results of a sample directly in mg/l BOD, the large, integrated, display is able to display the BOD curve which makes it is easy to see and understand measurement data points and trends. In addition, each sensor head has an integrated LED. This allows operators to visually confirm which sample the data is being displayed for and reduces potential confusion or errors over which sample data is presented

The Automatic Start Function ensures all measurements are taken at an equal sample temperature. When the measurement conditions are consistent across readings, operators do not have to work about temperature or pressure fluctuations skewing results.

The BD 600 interface, makes it easy to assign an identification code or sample name when setting up a new sample. This helps track a sample from the time it is collected and ensures traceability during sample measurement.  

If using an incubator with a glass door, operators can use the supplied remote control to display measurement data for a sample - without even opening the door! This further ensures that samples stay at a consistent temperature which is essential to accurate results.
